I love soup - it's a delicious way to get your veggies in, you can make a big batch using whatever is season and there's some easy nourishing lunches ready to go. I've also become a fan of what I've dubbed "soup sprinkles" - what you put on top adding that next dimension of flavour and texture - even a good old crouton is good!
