BBQ Beef and Vegetable Cous Cous Salad

Make extra of the vegetable cous cous salad and store the dressing separately for an easy lunchbox the next day.
There's not too many people who don't like a good Bolognese! Serve with salads and garlic bread and of course fresh parmesan to complete the meal. For those watching their carb intake - serve over zoodles or your favourite spiralised veggies. Make double and freeze, or let it simmer in the slow cooker to really develop the flavours.
